Hello StrongHealth Tribe,
This Friday’s issue takes issue with what’s commonly accepted as medical health care.
We are constantly told that medical treatments are developed through rigorous scientific research and are generally regulated and tested for safety and effectiveness. However, there are many serious drawbacks to medical treatments:
They can have significant side effects through the use of drugs and surgeries.
The medical system is overly focused on disease treatment rather than prevention.
The medical system kills millions annually through mistakes, overdoses, misdiagnoses, wrong prescriptions, surgeries and so on.
Natural health approaches often have a more holistic view of health and wellness, focusing on prevention and treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. The use of whole foods, herbal medicine, and other natural remedies promotes health and addresses chronic conditions.
The choice should be clear!

1. Soft Contact Lenses Contain Toxic Chemicals
An investigation by Environmental Health News and Mamavation has found that all contact lens products tested for PFAS, or per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances, contained toxic organic fluorine, a marker for PFAS.
The contamination was at least 50,000 times the highest level the EPA considers safe for drinking water. The CDC says about 45 million Americans wear contact lenses, so the idea that such highly contaminated substances are sitting in people’s eyes is alarming. Studies have shown that exposure to PFAS can cause a range of chronic diseases, from various cancers to cardiovascular problems to lowered fertility in men.

2. A Culture of Death
The culture of death has crept into Canada, and many citizens have enthusiastically embraced the lunacy of euthanasia (‘assisted suicide’) in the last decade. Maybe that’s not surprising, given that socialist countries must inevitably ration treatment, and the best rationing is accomplished by limiting the number of people who need serious care.
The Justin Trudeau regime is taking the country right into a dystopian situation that is normalizing policies allowing (and encouraging) people to make recourse of ‘Medical Assistance in Dying’ not because they have untreated or untreatable illnesses, but simply because they are poor and homeless.
“One third of Canadians are apparently fine with prescribing assisting suicide for no other reason than the fact that the patient is poor or homeless.
The results were contained in a recent Research Co. poll probing just how comfortable Canadians were with the current state of the country’s MAID (medical assistance in dying) regime.
Starting in March 2021, Canada became one of only a handful of countries to legalize assisted suicide even in instances where a patient does not have a terminal illness. Ever since, a Canadian can be approved for MAID simply for having a ‘grievous and irremediable medical condition’.”
In 2021, Canada recorded shocking numbers: 10,064 medically assisted deaths – a tenfold increase in half a decade: Canadistan is out of control.
3. RSV Vaccine Called ‘Generally Favorable’ Despite Red Flags
Preterm births, low birth weight and infant developmental delay, were all noted as adverse events in Pfizer’s RSV vaccine clinical trials, but FDA reviewers apparently don’t think such events are serious enough to withhold approval for the shot.
Pfizer submitted the trial data on May 18, 2023, to the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee with both serious and nonserious trial events listed. But after listening to the briefing, the panel indicated they see the final outcomes as “generally favourable.”
“A positive vote by the panel on the vaccine's effectiveness and safety would boost its chances of becoming the first available maternal shot to protect babies, who are among those at greatest risk for severe illness from RSV. The FDA typically follows the recommendations of its expert advisers but is not obligated to do so.
However, CNN flat-out said “the news isn’t all rosy” because of the elevated numbers of preterm births. Although they said the births could be written off as mere chance, they noted that GSK halted their RSV trials in 2022 over preterm birth safety concerns.

4. The Disaster of Modern Medicine
Most medical treatments are not worth the time or money; in fact, they’re best avoided. Doctors often invent illnesses instead of diagnosing them. If you have no complaints, they will find conditions that you don't have. If you exhibit some symptoms, they might misdiagnose you based on those symptoms and "treat" them without having the slightest idea what they’re doing.
Poisonous chemicals, called "medications," cause side effects that require new medications with further side effects. Chemicals can also cause dependencies that perpetuate a condition and prevent nature from taking its course and letting the body come back to balance.
And if you didn’t already know, they push “new treatments”, receiving money for trials).
They misdiagnose and overdiagnose, and even collect and sell your DNA. It's best to stay healthy...

5. Herbs for Health
I've been using organic, loose-leaf herbs for a good number of years. There are several reasons why it's a good idea to incorporate them into your diet. They're extremely nutritious, address a host of bodily ailments and are far more potent than tea bag herbs.
Loose-leaf herbs are fresher than pre-packaged tea bags, which can lose their flavour and potency over time. They're also more flavorful, with a richer, more complex flavour and aroma profile than tea bags because they contain more essential oils.
Further, loose-leaf herbs contain more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals than tea bags. They're more potent because they contain more of the active ingredients that give the herb its health benefits.
You can’t go wrong by using loose-leaf herbs, whether for inflammation, nutrition, increased energy or any other reason. Buy them at any credible online store.
Have a great weekend folks and stay healthy.
It depends on where you live. I like to have them closer to speed up transition time. Punch in your area + "loose leaf organic herbs companies" and you will get most in your area pop up. Organic is important to prevent chemicals. Hope this helps.
Any suggestions for “credible stores” for loose leaf herbs? New to this side of the natural/holistic health world.
