1. FDA Signs Off On Updated Covid-19 Vaccines
Updated Covid-19 vaccines, including the shot made by Pfizer and BioNTech, received a green light from the US Food and Drug Administration. These updated vaccines supposedly meet the agency’s rigorous, scientific standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality. And so the public is strongly encouraged to receive an updated COVID-19 vaccine.
Didn’t we do this song and dance before? Last I remember, putting trust in government agencies didn’t turn out so well for millions of people who now no longer have the ability to make choices at all.
That doesn’t stop the CDC from scaremongering again, stating that levels of the SARS-CoV-2 virus are at their highest summer peak since July 2022. Incredibly, we’re told it may be time to dust off the face masks again, according to government mouthpiece CNN.
Interestingly, health officials no longer track the coronavirus as closely as they did during the public health emergency, and there are no longer reliable estimates of daily or weekly new infections in the US. Instead, we’re largely relying on wastewater levels to follow numbers of new cases.
This is a new science and the public has no idea if the testing is reliable since the amount of virus in wastewater doesn’t precisely correlate to the numbers of infections. So we simply have to believe the authorities—the same one’s took away our freedoms in a tyrannical way during the last episode. No thanks.
2. Explosive Tucker Carlson Interview
This is a great discussion about the history of American tobacco, big food companies, and healthcare industries’ collusion to make us sick by poisoning our food. Here’s the talk outline:
Although the discussion may seem lengthy, investing time in watching it is beneficial for your long-term health maintenance. Lacking knowledge leaves you uninformed and prone to consistent illness.
3. Wild Caught Versus Farmed Salmon
Understanding the nuances between wild and farmed salmon is crucial for making informed dietary choices. Wild-caught salmon, particularly from sustainable sources like Alaska, offers superior nutritional benefits including higher omega-3 fatty acids, essential vitamins, and minerals compared to farmed salmon.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of salmon sold in the United States today is “farmed salmon” – the seafood equivalent of a factory farm. It’s exposed to toxins and contaminants, unnatural farming practices, unhealthy feeding habits and potential genetic modification. Opting for wild-caught salmon not only supports environmental sustainability but also ensures a higher quality, nutritious meal.

4. Lower Blood Pressure Naturally
One-third of the population in the United States has high blood pressure, increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke, so it’s important to treat the underlying reasons to have a good quality of life.
Hypertension occurs in phases ranging from mild to severe, with a person's blood pressure typically measuring between 140/90 and 230/140. In general, there are no obvious symptoms, though the condition can lead to heart disease and kidney problems.
Western medicine employs several high blood pressure medications for the problem, but you can reduce it naturally. Just understand that high blood pressure can occur as a result of a combination of factors. Therefore no single plant (or medicine) can treat this ailment from its underlying source.
(1) If you want to lower your blood pressure, an exercise program is a great start. A healthy workout regimen will contain a combination of cardio and strength training. (2) You also want to eat better. Experts now understand that inflammatory processed foods are the problem. Avoid sugar, low-quality grains, and other contaminated foods, while increasing nutritious fresh foods strong in antioxidants such as dark-colored vegetables and berries, olives and olive oil, high-quality meats, and so on.
There are other factors, like stress, excess alcohol, lack of sleep, etc, but I’ve listed the two big ones. Instead of taking medications to hide your symptoms, you can get to the root cause of high blood pressure by assessing the specific variables in your life that are contributing to them.
5. Opioids and Drug Use In Drivers
A recent study reveals a concerning trend among drivers involved in car accidents in British Columbia, Canada. It revealed that drivers increasingly had opioids, recreational drugs such as cocaine and amphetamines, or over-the-counter medications like antihistamines in their systems, which can obviously cause impairment. Interestingly, cannabis was more frequently detected than alcohol among drivers because—well—it’s legal to smoke the stuff everywhere now. This also suggests a potential increase in drug-impaired driving.
The study, which analyzed data from several medical trauma centers across B.C. between 2018 and 2023, showed that 15.8% of crash victims tested positive for THC, compared to 11.5% for alcohol. Other substances, including opiates, cocaine, and sedating medications, were also detected at significant rates. Given these statistics, it may be safe to assume the same habits exist elsewhere where drugs have been legalized. Perhaps some common sense legislation is in order?
