The Acid/Alkaline Food Reference List
The food list below is a great reference, providing information which shows the contribution of various food substances to the alkalizing or acidifying of body fluids. It is important to understand, that an acid body is a magnet for sickness, disease, and unnatural aging. Eating more alkaline foods helps shift your body’s pH and oxygenate your system. Alkaline foods keep your body healthy and functioning correctly, preventing disease. People vary, but for most, the ideal alkaline diet is 75 percent alkalizing and 25 percent acidifying foods by volume.
