Will You Tame This Dumbbell Workout?
10 x 7 x 10 Dumbbell Workout
This 10 rep x 7 exercise x 10 round dumbbell workout is extremely versatile, effective and can be done in a gym or at home. It looks deceptively simple, but it crushes calories and puts on lean muscle fast. You will do 6 exercises for 10 repetitions each with 1 cardio component at the end to maximize heart rate and results. It looks something like this:
DB squat and press
DB upright row
DB deadlift
DB bent rows
DB renegade row
2 db swings
30-45 second runout (in place)
Your ultimate goal is 10 total rounds (60 exercises and 10 cardio sessions). Although it sounds like a lot, I have clients that finish it in under an hour, depending on how heavy the weights are. The heavier they are, the harder this set becomes and the better the results.
Remember, reaching a successful conclusion to this routine is something to strive for, not to attain right away.
