I appreciate your point of view and the information provided. Well done. However, it is very difficult to conclude that Vit D supplements is toxic for the body. For the general public taking oral vitamin D3 supplements at recommended doses, the risk of toxicity appears very low regardless of whether the vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin or other animal/plant sources like fish liver or lichen.

Thanks for the comment Alexandre. I do appreciate your opinion as I write only to educate, not to change people's minds. I have been in holistic health for 25 years and I used and sold supplements to clients for a lot of that time. But having now seen the full proof of what these are and where they originate, as well as their chemical make-up, I have fully changed my mind. However, I don't expect everyone to do the same, only to examine the evidence. Thanks again and cheers.

You're doing well! I'm always open to other perspectives. I write about health topics for Mind Body Wonder. I recently wrote an article titled "Can We Regain Bone Density and Strength as We Age?" I'm not a fervent advocate of supplements, but I was surprised by the potential toxicity of Vitamin D3.
