Look around you and you’ll observe something very unique. Despite many being obsessed with diet & clean eating, our populations look different than those in the 1950's. Back then people were significantly thinner, whilst being less conscious about what they were eating. In this podcast I explore why that is and why we are being told that traditional ways to lose weight are no longer effective. The narrative is changing to favor medical intervention, even though it’s obvious our lifestyles have changed and we’re more overweight than ever before.
Also l would like to add that my partner who is 85 years old is a testament to what Jorg is saying. He’s never taken medication , never smoked or drank alcohol, exercises 3 times a day , eats healthy food and except for a brain injury in 2014 iis going strong..

It saddens me that so many people are on so much medication and think pills and vaccines are the answer.
