Exercising Is non-negotiable. Every doctor on the planet will recommend getting “plenty of vigorous exercise.” That’s based on a vast pool of data over generations. Those who exercise tend to have longer, healthier re-invigorated and re-energized life by becoming increasingly active. They increase the quality and quantity of life through the prevention of illness, injury and diseases. That’s not just common sense but quantifiable through a myriad of studies.
