Water it’s incredibly important to our health, and there is a common belief that you have to drink 6–8 glasses per day, but as the old saying goes, be sure to have your facts straight before you distort them. The myth, and that’s what it is, comes from a fundamental medical misunderstanding. Today, I want to give you some facts that reveal why this myth is not necessarily beneficial to us!
